Contact Card Enhancements:
Display the Avatar + Job Title on the profile card of the person you’re chatting with.

Message Sending Shortcut:
Allow users to press CMD + ENTER to send a message.

Unread Messages:
Add the ability to mark a message as UNREAD.

AI Filter – “Follow Up Needed”:
Introduce an AI-powered filter (type: “To Follow Up”) for all engaged conversations.
Criteria:

• At least one non-negative reply from the person.

• One or more messages from the LinkedIn account in question that have gone unanswered for 5+ days.

Refresh Indicator:
Show the time of the last refresh somewhere in the interface.

Sync Indicator:
Indicate when a SYNC starts, since currently only the last 2 messages in conversations are displayed — likely because the full history isn’t being pulled in.
